Experience in E2E IT Technical Recruitment
Should have experience in working with skills like C/C++/ Java/ J2ee / DotNet/  Networking / Telecom / ITES etc

1. Assisting your Manager in CV download, coordinating interviews, coordinating and communicating with candidates at different stages.
2. Putting effort to learn Technical recruitment core skills like sourcing, screening and preliminary interviews
3. Active involvement in employee engagement for Bangalore office as well as on-site location
4. Involvement in MIS , Documentation, PMS, KCI etc
5. Making local HRIS
